Please know up front that with our products are not premade and take time to make. It takes 1-2 weeks to make and personalize each product. Once it is made we pack it and ship it directly to you. Shipping typically takes 3-4 days.

Most of our shipping is completely free but there are some products that are not. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
